  • Troubleshooting

    For some issues, a simple fix can correct the problem. We suggest the following steps before submitting a case:

    1. Delete temporary Internet files associated with your Web browser.

      - From Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, select Internet Options and then select the General tab.
      - In the Temporary Internet Files section, select Delete Cookies and then select Delete Files.

    2. Close your Internet Explorer browser
    3. Open a new Internet Explorer browser
